Find a caregiver

I have been a CNA for eight years, most of it in private homes around Emporia and Lyon County. Before that I worked two years on a skilled nursing floor, so I am comfortable with transfers, mobility, and keeping an eye on someone whose health changes week to week. What I am good at is the quiet, ordinary part of the job: getting someone up and dressed without rushing them, keeping the kitchen and laundry going, and noticing early when something is off. I write a short note after every visit so the family knows how the day went. I work for myself, so you are talking to the person who will actually be in the house. Happy to start with one short visit before anyone commits to anything.
